I have 10 years experience working in Ottawa for an 

Energy management consulting firm, HVAC contractor and then an HVAC manufacturer representative company. While in Ottawa started my first business in skate sharpening called “Pete skate sharpening.” 

Married a beautiful supporting wife Sue. 

Our best attributes are the very loving respect for each other and friendship and humor we share with one another.  I started Gagnon & Associates in Sudbury September 1st 1992 as a passion to be a businessman.  Sold the business in May 2021 and remained as a director until October first 2023. It great that I stayed working and being in the game even on my last day. 

This allowed me the financial freedom for a new beginning to explore other passions such as traveling, music and writing. Also joining  my wife in visiting my son special needs college near Boston which he will most likely remain the rest of his life.  

I’m glad that I worked hard to have the financial freedom and experience life variety of adventures. Also that I’m still young enough to enjoy a golf game or tennis or siting by my fish pond with the sounds of the waterfall or the bird singing, hare hoping and what ever the skies bring us rain or shine!

I’m now an author for the joy of writing.
